Yes I know there is a open window of so much time before someone else makes that offer before you. And he will give you his opinion on what he thinks. But he did not look at us with dallor signs and try to push us into a quick buy so he can make his 3%. He left that decision up to us on when and where. Then after we made our decision on which home we wanted to purchase. He looked into everything a good agent should. Ran the inspections and so forth. He wanted to make sure everything checked out and we were not going to have any hidden surprises later down the road. This guy is a top notch first class agent! And I highly recommend if you are looking for an agent you look into using Salah! On a side note. I have never made time to write a review. Not one time. But for this guy.
