Meet Kristen

Kristen Whiteley is so much more than a small-town girl living in Riverbank, California. Determined to make a name for herself, Kristen embarked on her real estate career by first becoming a certified transaction coordinator. “In my years as a transaction coordinator, I managed all of the fine details, like keeping contracts in order, to ensure a smooth close. I encountered just about every situation there is in this industry,” she said. She still appreciates everything that she learned as a transaction coordinator and attributes becoming a licensed agent to all the experience she gained.

 

Before becoming an agent, Kristen considered a career as an architect because of her affinity for floor plans and the design process. Being told that she was too young for a real estate career might have temporarily delayed her plans of becoming an agent, but she wasn’t going to let it stop her. If anything, it made her stronger and more prepared to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
